- Introduction
Welcome to InfinityXML! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InfinityXML add-on (“Add-on”) provided by Alex Loughlin (“us,” “we,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Add-on.
- License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Add-on for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Google Workspace Marketplace policies.

You agree not to use the Add-on in any way that: a. Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; b. Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading; c. Interferes with, disrupts, or negatively affects the operation of the Add-on or any related services; d. Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on; e. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Add-on or any related systems or networks.

By using the Add-on, you agree to our processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data and how we will treat it.
- Intellectual Property
The Add-on and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alex Loughlin and its licensors. The Add-on is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alex Loughlin, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Add-on.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Add-on following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.
- Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Add-on without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Add-on will immediately cease.
